Program Rules

To earn rewards for referrals, you need to sign up for Rogers Refer Your Friends program. First, all you need to provide is a valid email address, your name, and to accept the program Terms & Conditions. Then come back and update your profile with your Rogers wireless phone number to be eligible for rewards.

If you're planning to become a Rogers customer because your friend told you about us, make sure you sign up for Rogers Refer Your Friends program and tell us your new wireless phone number when you get it.

Please note that this program is only available to Rogers customers with consumer accounts. Customers with business or corporate account types are not eligible to participate.

Here are the basic rules:

Rules for Referrers

  • You must be an active Rogers wireless customer on a postpaid plan (voice and/or wireless internet customer) in good standing to earn rewards for your referrals. Prepaid, business, and corporate lines are not eligible.
  • You need to sign up for Rogers Refer Your Friends Program by submitting your email address (this will also be your user ID), your name, and accepting the Terms & Conditions of the program.
  • You also need to make sure you tell us your active Rogers wireless phone number on your account - so don't forget!
  • You cannot refer yourself. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the complete program rules.

Rules for Referees

  • Unlock your Rogers Refer Your Friends offer with your email address (this will also be your user ID) and accept the program Terms & Conditions within 45 days of receiving the referral.
  • Activate a new Rogers wireless postpaid plan and come back to Rogers Refer Your Friends to tell us your new Rogers wireless phone number within 45 days of unlocking your offer. You can find the Enter Phone Number link to give us your new Rogers wireless phone number in the confirmation email you received after unlocking your offer. This is so we can verify your new Rogers wireless account.
  • Come back to Rogers Refer Your Friends and tell us your new Rogers wireless phone number within 45 days of activating your new Rogers wireless plan. This is so we can verify your new Rogers wireless account.
  • Consumers with postpaid consumer plans only. Prepaid and business lines not eligible, including Rogers dealers.
  • You cannot refer yourself. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the complete program rules.
